Email support@showrunner.no and a human will answer. We aim to reply within one business day, and faster if you are mid-shoot and something is broken.

If you are on set and blocked, put URGENT in the subject line along with the production name.

Showrunner has no passwords. Enter your email address and we send a six-digit code that is valid for a few minutes. If the code does not arrive:

• Check your spam or junk folder — the code comes from a showrunner.no address.
• Make sure you typed the same address your production invited.
• Wait for the current code to expire, then request a new one.
• Still stuck? Email support and we will sign you in manually.

Access is granted per production by that production’s administrator. If you can sign in but see nothing, ask your production coordinator to confirm the invitation was sent to the exact email address you signed in with. Invitations sent to a different address create a separate, empty account.

Open iOS Settings → Showrunner → Notifications and confirm notifications are allowed. Inside the app, check that the notification types you want are enabled in Settings. Notifications only cover productions you are a member of.

Use the in-app bug reporter — it attaches the screen you were on and, if you record one, a short voice note describing what happened. That context makes fixes far quicker than an email describing the problem from memory.

For anything urgent, email support@showrunner.no with the production name, what you expected, and what happened instead.

You can delete your account and its personal data at any time from your avatar → Account Settings → Delete Account in the app. Deletion is permanent.

If you cannot reach that screen, email privacy@showrunner.no from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
